Welcome to Golden Rays. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Policy

  • All room bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • Guests will receive booking confirmation by email or SMS once payment is processed.

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM
  • Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to maintain proper conduct during their stay.
  • Any damage to property, facilities, or amenities will be charged to the guest.
  • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

4. Payment

  • All payments must be made in Omani Rial (OMR).
  • Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway.
  • Rates displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges (unless otherwise stated).

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • All cancellations and refund requests must be made by calling our customer service team.
  • 60% of the booking amount will be refunded for cancellations made any time before check-in.
  • No refund for cancellations made on the day of check-in or for no-shows.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Golden Rays will not be liable for losses due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, internet outages, power failures, or third-party service disruptions.
  • We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings during the stay.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Oman.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations by Guest

  • Guests must contact our customer service team directly to request a cancellation.
  • 60% of the booking amount will be refunded for cancellations made any time before check-in.
  • No refund for cancellations made on the day of check-in or for no-shows.

2. Cancellations by Hotel

  • In the unlikely event that Golden Rays cancels your booking, a 100% refund will be issued.
  • Guests will be informed via the contact details provided at booking.

3. No-shows

  • Guests who fail to arrive on the check-in date without prior cancellation are not eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
